Can The ‘Best Rapper Alive’ Run A Marathon?
Ghanaian rapper, Okyeame Kwame has hinted that he would be participating in this year’s annual Accra Milo Marathon alongside fellow musicians such as Tinny and OJ Blaq.
p>Although this statement could be written off as a joke, the hiplife artist seemed rather convinced and determined when he made the revelation at the launch of the 2010 Milo Marathon in Accra.According to the rapper, if musicians are able to jump up and down and perform on stage for several hours throughout the year, then they could run a marathon that covers a distance of about 42.2 kilometres.
He may be ‘Mr Versatility’ when it comes to music but does this versatility transcend into the world of athletics?
So let’s put it to the votes! Is Okyeame Kwame fit enough to run a marathon? Can Okyeame Kwame win a marathon? And if Okyeame Kwame and OJ Blaq ran in the Marathon who would come out tops?Gossip Mama is one of the dumbest writers you will

Empress Finally Speaks On Relationship With Timaya: 'He Is Obsessed With Me'
Empress Njamah just recently spoke about the last year breakdown of her affair with singer Timaya addressing all the accusations by Timaya, his sister and producer/friend K Solo. She say:
I will first correct that word, Love. I don’t think he is in love with me. I know he is obsessed with me. Anyone that is in love will not do the things he has been doing. You know what obsession means? He is obsessed with me.
And talking about a second chance, you know sometimes you get into some wrong situations for Christ to actually elevate you. Everything can’t be rosy. Without events, there won’t be history. People make mistakes, but the most important thing is to correct the mistakes. I’m correcting my mistakes and that is the best I can say. I won’t go to the papers and start saying stuff that his sisters said.![]()

This time and age, you want to tarnish someone’s image and then you just go to the press and start talking rubbish. I still have the papers, talking about my diabolical approach to issues, talking about me caging their brother, talking about me having charms in my bag and then you went

‘Women Don’t Fall In Love, They Choose Who They Want To Love’
Chief (Mrs.) Moji Ladipo, first female registrar, University of Ibadan, speaks with TOLUWANI OLAMITOKE on the ups and downs of her office which she held for two terms, life out of service and relationship. Excerpts:
Did you achieve these?
I think others will be the best judge-they will be in a better position to comment. But I believe I tried my best from the feedback I received from people, those I have impacted positively on given the facility that was made available to me. one of the things I did was to ensure administrators were trained. Being in an academic setting, they needed to learn and improve on how they administer in whatever area. They were exposed to in-service training and also travelled out to see how universities were administered in other universities. I’m happy this is still going on. This training covered among others their relationship with students. The university is made up of the academics, students and other persons employed into service. The training is essential because the first call of any fresh student in the institution is the administrative staff. If at the beginning, they frustrate a student or when at graduating, there is a problem with

James Cameron to raise the Titanic in 3D
James Cameron has confirmed he is bringing back his hit film Titanic to cinemas - but this time it will be in 3D.
The director plans to raise the 1997 Oscar-winning film in spring 2012 to mark the 100th anniversary of the sailing of the ship.
The movie, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, was the highest grossing film of all time until it was overtaken by Cameron's latest epic Avatar.
Cameron is warning the effects will not be as spectacular as Avatar: "It's never going to look as good as if you shot it in 3D. But think of it as a sort of 2.8D".
Not content with re-releasing Titanic, Cameron is also considering getting Avatar out for a second run as well.
The film has already made billions of dollars worldwide but Cameron believes there is still more cash to be made.
"It's kind of gotten stomped out (of cinemas) because of Alice in Wonderland," he said.
"The word we're getting back from exhibitors is we probably left a couple of hundred million dollars on the table as a result."
The director is thinking about re-releasing Avatar this autumn, possibly with new footage.
Cameron, though admits audiences may

DJ Black is Africa's second best!
Mr Kwadwo Ampofo, aka DJ Black, is Africa’s second best disc jockey, according to MNet’s brand new showbiz news show, Studio 53 Extra.
DJ Black, affectionately called Mr Black, comes next to Nigeria’s IK, who, like Mr Black, demonstrates great dexterity behind the console.
Organisers of the programme say they went through a vigorous selection process, travelling across the continent to pick the most-listened-to DJs, and Mr Black was selected among a tall list of nominees.
But after a process that lasted several hours - even days, - Mr Black placed second, followed by DJ Fresh from the Republic of South Africa, Gaetano from Kenya, Toolz from Nigeria and Fareed from Kenya, in that order.
Another Ghanaian DJ Kwame, pulled the seventh ticket followed by Botswana’s Owen Rampa and Zambia’s Chishala Chotishi.
Chishala Chotishi from Zambia was ninth and X FM’s Sammy Forson came tenth, making Ghana the country with the highest number of winners – three in all.
In a message from his iPhone to Myjoyonline, Mr Black said he counts the award as recognition of his effort.
“I feel honoured but I feel there is more I can do because I didn't get the number one slot. I

Does She Love Me or My Pocket?
Some people believe in love at first sight while some don't for the simple reason that marriage eventually opens the door of reality to such people. They say when you are in love, you can go the extra mile, climb the highest mountain, sail through stormy weather, be willing to endure the weakness of the one you love and much more. However, only time will tell whether they truly love each other or "thought they did".
Money has overtime proven to be an indispensable tool in the success of relationships, the dearth of which has seen marriages, altar bound relationships, hit the "break up" gong. Though some say money is not essential in a relationship, but experiences of people who couldn't whether the financial storm think otherwise. After all, love can't pay the bills, it's money that can do that.!
Money, though important should not be a yardstick for starting a relationship. The man might be poor today, and tomorrow can turn out to be rich. Remember that man makes the money, and as long as he's a visionary, diligent, dedicated, abreast with latest information and other success factors, he'll certainly make it. Face it, the worst thing that can

I’m in my thirties and married with one child. I have to confess that I’m in love with my best friend's wife. I told her how I feel sometime ago and she also starting to move closer to me. We used to talk for hours every day and we’ve kissed each other few times.
Suddenly I don't know what has happened as she has started ignoring me by not replying my messages and calls. When ever she speaks to me she says that she’s not ignoring me.  Now because of this am not able to concentrate on my work as well as spend quality time with my family.
Now that I have decided to come out of this situation, I’m always thinking about her.  I can’t forget about her and she is always on my mind. Please advice how I can get out of this.
She is also my wife's friend and she comes with her husband to our place regularly and we do go out as group at least once in week.
Please advise me as I need to come out of this ASAP or I may become mad…

...If your child is gay?
Homosexuality is fast becoming a phenomenon worldwide. Even in Africa where hitherto it was unheard-of. The easiest explanation is perversion. At least in the layman’s understanding. Otherwise what would make an able-bodied man turn on another man in search of sexual gratification when a lot of women abound?
In the western world, it’s even a subject of legislation and has somewhat polarized developed societies. Familyline conducted a short survey to determine the disposition of parents on this vexing issue. Views of some respondents are presented below:
Mummy T
First and foremost, it is a devilish spirit, more terrible than that of dogs . There is no doubt about it. Before answering the question perse, what factors could make a child gay? Idleness is a factor .
When our children are idle, they become the devil’s tools. Secondly, not bringing them up in the fear of the Lord is not right. It is your foundation that determines the type of structure you would build on it. If the foundation is weak, whatever you have on it will definitely collapse.
Too much freedom can be dysfunctional. Children should not grow without proper supervision.
When a child becomes gay, the best thing is

Mr Okpocha Bright, a.k.a Basket Mouth, has been busy junketing around the world instead of devoting his time and resources to making Nigerians laugh.

Hollywood, Here They Come…Oops, Are They Fit Enough?
It is not unusual to hear a Ghanaian actor or actress saying, I desire to step into Hollywood whenever questioned about what he or she wants to achieve within the movie industry.
It seems being Hollywood is the measuring rod used to ascertain the successfulness of an actor or an actress in the Ghanaian movie industry. What happens to our own Ghallywood then if all the best ones eventually make it to their dream land? Whether this is a good or bad concept, I’m not going to go into all that and will leave that for your own minds.
I have compiled my little list of potential Ghanaian actors and actresses who fall within the top ranking personalities and are actively targeting the ‘land of Milk and Honey’ – Hollywood.
Majid Michel: His acting dexterity is unquestionable and with years of playing various leading role in both the Ghanaian and Nigerian movie industry, his skills have been empowered by experience making him potential Hollywood material. But can he make it to the gigantic ‘wood’ which has more skilled and diverse individuals with extensive years of
